I, the undersigned, apply for membership in the Rivermead Golf Club. I acknowledge having been made aware of and recognize that I am bound by the existing rules, regulations and By-laws of the Club and understand that they may be amended from time to time. If I am accepted as a Member, I undertake and agree to abide by the existing rules, regulations and By-laws as well as any amendments that are made to them, and to pay all fees and other dues which the Club may from time to time require the members to pay as well as all purchases that I make at the Club.
A member who wishes to resign or change categories shall notify the Secretary of the Club in writing of such intention. The notice should be sent as soon as possible before October 31, effective December 31 the same year. Please note that the latest acceptable date to resign from the Club is October 31. Any member who resigns or asks to transfer to another category after the date indicated remains responsible for paying all debts and financial obligations to the Club and must, in addition to paying his bills, pay one twenty-fourth (1/24) of the fees for the previous year for each month between the end of the fiscal year and the date the Club received the request for resignation.
Initiation fees of $5,000 for Spouse, $6,000 for Intermediate categories and $10,000 for Full playing and Corporate categories are due upon acceptance of a member.
Initiation fees are non-refundable. They may be paid in full or financed over a period of up to three years without interest.
If member resigns prior to the completion of the 3 years, the member will not be held accountable for the balance of the remaining initiation fees.
