Becoming a member at Rivermead means that you are part of a special group of people and a rich, 100 year history of golf in the National Capital Region. Membership at Rivermead provides you with unlimited access to one of the region’s top golf courses. This means there are no playing restrictions in any membership category other than for our junior members.  After your round, you can relax and dine with friends, family or business associates in our recently renovated clubhouse or on our outdoor patio overlooking the 18th green.

A great benefit of private club membership is being able to play golf after a long day at work. With our exceptional location only 11 km from downtown Ottawa/Gatineau, you will have time for a quick round after work. Our course configuration allows you to play 3, 6, 10, 12 or 14 holes and still finish close to the clubhouse. If you just have time for some practice, you can do so at our practice range, or at our putting and chipping green.

Are you trying to find another way to spend time with your family? Well, our club is committed to creating a family-friendly atmosphere. We are proud to have a comprehensive junior golf program which includes a number of parent/junior events throughout the year. Our CPGA professionals run season-long clinics aiming at helping golfers at all skill levels improve their enjoyment of the gam

Once you have made the decision to join our club, we have an extensive orientation program in place to help you feel comfortable and welcomed.  The orientation program centres around a mentor program where you are matched with a current member who will introduce you to other members and help you integrate into the club.  Our Women’s and Men’s Leagues are very active and have numerous events and friendly competitions that are lots of fun.

Our club is also committed to environmentally responsible golf course maintenance practices. It is our obligation to do everything possible to enhance the natural environment and to provide habitat for wildlife at Rivermead. To formalize our commitment, we are certified as a member of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program.
