Intermediate

An intermediate member is a person between 18 (eighteen) and 35 (thirty-five) years of age and who does not hold a Class B share issued by the Club.
An intermediate member has all the benefits, privileges and playing privileges of a full playing member and is subject to the same obligations.

Junior

A junior member is a child of a shareholder member. The junior must be at least 10 (ten) years of age as of January 1 and no more than 18 (eighteen) years of age.

Grandchildren, nieces and nephews of a Full Playing shareholder member may be accepted as junior members as long as the total number of junior members does not exceed the number determined by the Board of Directors. Nonetheless, if, at a certain time, the total number of juniors exceeds the limit, grandchildren, nieces and nephews of full playing members who are already junior members may remain junior members.

Pre-junior

A pre-junior must be a child or grandchild of a member. The pre-junior member must be between seven (7) and nine (9) years of age and must comply with certain restrictions related to the days and times when he may play. The Head Professional must confirm that the pre-junior is capable of behaving in an acceptable manner on the golf course.

Corporate Member

The revised corporate membership program will now provide two options that ensure maximum flexibility for businesses wishing to provide employees with the superb golfing experience and the capability to entertain clients at one of the finest golf clubs in the Ottawa and Outaouais region.

Option A:

This option is for companies that require a limited number of rounds of golf, yet would like to entertain clients and other guests at a prestigious golf club. This option does not require payment of an initiation fee. The company can designate up to four players who would be eligible for play during the current golfing season. Designated players may not be changed during the playing season.

The four designates are allowed a combined total of 40 rounds of golf during the current season, from the opening of the course in April to its closing around the end of October. Each designated player must be accompanied by at least one guest for all rounds of golf. For example, a foursome must be comprised of a maximum of two designated players and two guests or one designated player and three guests. The club’s normal guest fees apply for all guests.

The total playing fee for 2013 for up to four designated players will be $4,800. Under this option, the minimum house expenditure is $1,600. This option is renewable each year and current playing and guest fees will apply. The optional annual fee for Golf Services (unlimited use of practice facilities, locker and club storage) is $500 per person per year.

Option B:

This option will appeal to companies requiring an unlimited golf experience for their employees. Under this option, the company may designate up to five employees who will be eligible to play during the current golfing season. For 2013, the initiation fee for the first player is $5,500 and $2,500 for each additional designated player. Each year, the company will be allowed to change designated players from the prior year. A $1,000 transfer fee will be applicable for each transfer. The playing fee for 2013 will be $4,800 for each designated player and includes Golf Services (unlimited use of practice facilities, locker and club storage). A house minimum of $800 for each player will also apply.

Note (both options): All applicable taxes (GST/PST) apply.

Social

A Social Member is any person or corporation, organization or association that the Board of Directors accepts into this category, at its sole discretion. These members have only Clubhouse privileges.
